Step 1: Complete the form below. Enter a User Name and Password of your choice.
Step 2: Pay your Account Setup Fee ($45) to PTIPower.
Step 3: Pay your Account Activation Fee ($250.00) to your Referrer.
You will be prompted for these payments immediatately after you register.
Upon completion both your PTIPower and Cumada accounts will be fully functional.
